Improved data security in the cloud

Microsoft has unveiled an innovative technology for Azure and Windows Server. It aims to improve the security of data processed in the cloud. The higher security standard is made possible by the Azure Confidential Computing service, which provides the ability to encrypt data while it is being processed in the cloud. Encryption obviously places an additional load on the computing environment. However, it is difficult to say how much it reduces the overall performance of the cloud. To protect data, Azure Confidential Computing uses Trusted Execution Environment technology, which assures users that the data being processed is fully protected against interception and reconstruction by anyone outside the cloud.
