Laboratory accessibility

We test devices, buildings and websites in one place — with our own measuring instruments, our own application and with the involvement of people with specific needs. The results go into a panel where you can follow the state of every audit.

Client panel

Every client gets their own panel

It is not just a place for contracts. The panel shows all your audits and lets you manage them — and what matters most is visible the moment you log in, with no searching and no need to ask us for a summary.

Charts and statistics

Clear summaries instead of tables to scroll through. You can see what has changed since the previous audit.

Current progress of the work

What stage each job is at and what is happening right now — without chasing us for a status by e-mail.

Audit and re-audit statuses

The number of issues found and fixed, separately for the audit and the re-audit. You can see what has been corrected and what is still pending.

Key figures the moment you log in

The most important numbers on the first screen — ready to show to the board or to an inspection.

When a regulator or an internal auditor gets in touch, you do not have to gather documents from across your folders. The audit history, dates, scope and the state of the fixes are all in one place and can be shown straight away.

Architectural audit

Our own application for building audits

We carry out architectural audits with our own mobile application, backed by specialist measuring instruments. Measurements, photographs and assessments go into it on site, and the finished report is produced from the collected data — with no notes to retype.

  • Measurements taken on site

We check dimensions, angles, light levels and contrast with instruments, and record the results right next to the specific part of the building.

  • Photographic documentation

Every barrier gets a photograph, a location and a description. Nothing is lost between the site visit and the report.

  • A report built from the collected data

The finished document, with the list of barriers, recommendations and priorities, is built from what was collected in the application.

Our team has a complete set of tools for assessing accessibility in the universal sense — from measuring the space, through testing with users, to checking the digital solutions in the same building.

Device testing

Ticket machines, kiosks and terminals

We test self-service devices the way people actually use them: by touch, from a wheelchair, without hearing, in poor light. We look at the screen, the casing, the sound, the reach and the surroundings of the device — because accessibility is decided by the whole setting, not the interface alone.

  • Testing with blind, partially sighted and deaf people, wheelchair users and people with intellectual disabilities.
  • Verification against the Act on the accessibility of products and services and the EN 301 549 standard.
  • A report with the barriers ranked by severity and with proposed changes to the hardware, the software and the surroundings.

We will show you our equipment

Before long we will show all our equipment and laboratory setup — the measuring instruments, the test stations and the assistive technologies we use during testing.

Team

Who carries out the testing

The audits are carried out by engineers, architects, digital accessibility specialists and testers with disabilities — the same people who use assistive technologies every day.
