Today our team had the opportunity to take part in a group training session at the gym. We all know that long hours of computer work can have a negative impact on health, which prompted us to organise some vigorous exercise, such as jogging, jumping and weightlifting. The irreplaceable Karolina took part too, proving once again that she is a role model. Her positive attitude and determination showed that a person with a visual impairment can make full use of a gym, and she impressed us time and again with her stamina and strength. Let's not forget how important physical activity is – regular breaks from desk work are essential. Let's use them to relax actively rather than simply moving to a different seat. Active breaks like these can improve our mental and physical health, boosting our productivity and overall fitness.
Today our team had the pleasure of taking part in a group workout at the gym. Aware that long hours at the computer can harm our health, we decided to spend some time actively, doing exercises such as running, jumping and weightlifting. Karolina was with us too, once again demonstrating her exceptional skills and determination. As a blind person, she showed that she is a full and inspiring member of our gym group, amazing us more than once with her strength and stamina. We would like to remind you of the importance of physical activity – it is important to take regular breaks from desk work, but let them be active breaks, not just a change of scenery. Such activity can significantly improve our well-being, productivity and physical and mental fitness.
