PowerToys is a set of free tools from Microsoft that significantly extend the functionality of Windows 10 and 11. They include, among others, a tool for reducing the size of a photo (and its file size along with it). Simply download the tool and then use the option as shown in the video below:
Other PowerToys features include:
- Always On Top (lets you pin any application window so that it always stays on top).
