The head of Oracle has presented new ways of securing databases. They make it possible to automatically fix flaws and vulnerabilities that arise in databases, without having to take them out of service. All this is possible thanks to an innovative algorithm and program code that allow errors to be detected automatically as they appear. The new technology has the ability to "learn" and "draw conclusions" from previous failures. It makes it possible to actually edit the code in order to protect the database against new threats that may emerge in the future.
