Architectural Accessibility Audit of the "Elzam Dom" Property Management Building

Our company had the pleasure of carrying out an architectural accessibility audit of the building of the "Elzam Dom" Property Management company in Elbląg, located at al. Grunwaldzka 2.

The aim of the audit was to assess how well the multi-family residential building is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, older people and residents with limited mobility.

The analysis covered, among other things, the accessibility of the building entrances, lifts, circulation routes, ramps, and horizontal and vertical signage.

Based on the assessment, we prepared a detailed report with recommendations that will make it possible to improve accessibility for all users of the property.

The project was completed in 2024. The value of the contract was PLN 1,500–3,000.
