Budget: PLN 5,000 - 10,000

Commissioned by Biuro Architektoniczne Versja (Versja Architectural Office), we carried out an architectural accessibility audit of a historic tenement building at ul. Adama Mickiewicza 30/1 in Poznań.

The main aim was to identify ways of improving the accessibility of a building of historic value, taking into account its spatial layout, heritage conservation constraints and the needs of users with disabilities.

During the project we analysed the layout of the entrances and staircases, circulation accessibility, as well as signage and the scope for adapting the building. The outcome of the audit was a report with recommendations that can be implemented in keeping with the character of the historic building.

The audit was carried out on 4 June 2024. The value of the project was PLN 5,166.
